Return Policy Guidelines
Gasp Wardrobe strives to give our customers an exceptional shopping experience. However if you are not satisfied with your item(s) we are happy to accept your return within 7 days of shipment for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in 15% fee or ineligibility to receive store credit.
All items are returned to Gasp Wardrobe at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include your invoice and note your reason for the return. (We must have a name and order number to process return)
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Gasp Wardrobe. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email gaspwardrobe.info@gmail.com within 5hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
Non-Refundable Items
Bodysuits and Accessories are final sale (due to sanitation reasons).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
*Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
* Gasp Wardrobe reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
